Hi ,
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. The lights are up. Wreath is on the door. Garland on the railing. And the Christmas tree in the living room. I love this time of year—there is that vibe in the air where everyone seems to have an extra step in their walk and more pep in their voice. I know this is going to sound corny, but…it truly is a magical season.
Of course, it’s not the same for everyone.  There are a lot of families that just can’t afford to have that Christmas Magic for their children.  But I was recently introduced to Hope.Hope Worldwide, a non-profit organization that benefits local communities, more specifically in our case, the Richland 2 School District.  What that means is, all toys that we collect will go to the Joseph Keels School.

So I’ve decided that I would put it out there to our extended dental family and ask if you could donate a toy to this worthwhile cause.  I know this is an expensive time of year for everyone and I’ve been trying to think of a way that everyone can win with HOPE.

Here’s How You Can Donate A
Toy That Costs You Nothing!

For anyone who brings a toy in the office and either, has an appointment, or books an appointment during the week of December 8th to the 16th, will get a credit for their toy donation for the amount of the cost of that toy – up to $25 – and that amount will be credited against any dental work for your appointment!

Everyone wins!  You get to give a toy to needy families in your community, it doesn’t cost you anything, and you get your teeth looked after as a bonus!

Use Your Insurance Benefits Before They Expire

This is an excellent time of year to book that appointment, with kids home from school for the holidays, or maybe even getting some things done that you’ve put off… that just might be covered under your insurance benefits package before it expires at the end of the year.

Just so you know, the offices will be closed during the holidays on slightly different schedules. The Vista office is working a half day on the 23rd, closed 24-27, then open 28-30th (half day on the 30th). Irmo is closed 23 and 24, open 27-29 and closed on the 30th until the New Year.

You can only drop off the toys at the Vista Smiles Office only:
Vista Smiles of Columbia  515 Richland St. Columbia, SC 29201, P: 803.779.9666

I HOPE you can make it into one of our offices for the Toy Drive!
